Viral hepatitis is the seventh leading cause of death globally, accounting for 1.4 million deaths per year – more than HIV/AIDS, or TB, or malaria.Viral hepatitis is also common in Bangladesh. Cumilla Liver club of Bangladesh is a not-for-profit organization established in july 2017at cumilla, Bangladesh. This organization is dedicated to Prevention, Treatment, Education and Research on liver diseases with special emphasis on viral hepatitis. The club is also working for control of non-communicable liver diseases in Bangladesh. Our mission is to raise mass public awareness on prevention of all kinds of liver diseases. To create facilities for the treatment of liver diseases with affordable cost.We will work together with different national and international organization for the elimination of viral hepatitis by 2030.Our dream is living in a Hepatitis free world.
